Vegetarian and Vegan Options

Having Cooked Weddings for 200 Vegans and extensive Backstage Concert Catering for Vegan Artists, we can assure your that your meals will be Vegetarian or Vegan.  We use Separate Dishes to prepare them in.  We always have a Vegetarian Soup of the Day, and a Vegetarian Special.  Our deli case salads are typically, though not always, Vegetarian.  Our Fruit is cut fresh here everyday, not scooped out of a pail.  We have 3 Great Vegetarian Sandwiches on the menu along with the fact that you can customize your own.  We cut and roast our eggplant, and it is not breaded.  We also roast our portobellos, peppers and onions all using nothing more than a little vegetable oil, salt and pepper.  Any of our Vegetarian Options can become Vegan by requesting no mayo or cheese (we do have Veganaise).  We make everything to order, so you can be sure your food hasn't been preset with dairy or meat.
